Only 100 yards form the promenade and Hunstanton beach, this ground floor flat (in a block of 4) is ideal for a family seaside holiday. Facing west, the property enjoys beautiful sunsets throughout the year. The town centre is just a minutes drive or twenty minutes walk. There is off road parking (one car) and a lawned area for sitting out (not enclosed).

SLEEPS 4 + 2: TWO BEDROOMS; ONE WITH A DOUBLE AND THE OTHER WITH TWINS. SOFABED IN THE LOUNGE.

‘MIDWAY’ is a ground floor flat suitable for young or not so young and able! and is situated at the northern end of South Beach Road, Hunstanton, close to the slipway access to the beach, near to Searles’ train stop and just a short walk from Hunstanton town centre. There is a large open grass area to the front for children to play and a paved area for sitting in the sun. There is also the facility for a rotary clothes line. Parking for one car is in the car park at the rear or the side adjacent to the flat.

Ideal for a seaside holiday it sleeps 4 comfortably, with a sofa bed for the extended family of 5 or 6. Well behaved family pets are also welcome. The property is double glazed and carpeted throughout with electric heaters in all rooms. Fully equipped with iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair drier, Music Centre, T.V. with Freesat. Electricity is included in the rental.

Accommodation

A glazed entrance door leads into the lounge/dining area with comfortable cane suite, double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, coffee tables and lamps. There are board games, playing cards, books and magazines and a fully stocked Tourist Board dispenser with ideas for days out in Norfolk. Off the dining area is a small, fully equipped kitchen with storage cupboards, electric cooker, small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. A large store cupboard off the lounge contains a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, rotary clothes line, garden chairs and a portable barbeque.

Leading off the rear of the lounge are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two full size twin beds. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, and built-in wardrobes with clothes storage. All the beds have pillows and duvets, and bed linen and towels, (except beach towels), are available to hire if required. A travel cot and high chair are available for the tiny tots but you would need to provide your own bedding for the cot. Also off the lounge area is the shower room with electric shower, washbasin, electric towel rail, shaver socket and storage/airing cupboard, and there’s a separate W.C.

Notes

A refundable damage deposit of £100 will be charged for each booking.
Dogs are welcome in both properties and are subject to a charge of £30 per dog.
Bed Linen may be hired for both  properties at £25 pppw BEDDING ONLY or £30 pppw if TOWELS are also required
A Non refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is payable on booking. The balance is PAYABLE 4 weeks prior to holiday.
Short breaks may be available, usually between September and April, Please enquire. 2/3 nights will be charged 70% of 1 week’s rental, 4/5 nights 85% of 1 week’s rental.

PLEASE NOTE:

‘MIDWAY’ is not available between 30 October 2021 and 26 February 2022 and 29 October 2022 and 25 February 2023
‘HORIZONS’ is not available between 01 January – 05 February 2022

Both properties are limited to 20 weeks bookings per year.
